Spinning Babies Parent Class

I am so happy you have come to this page!

I am also happy to say that I am the first person to offer Spinning Babies Parent Classes in Ireland!

Are you having a difficult pregnancy, with aches and pains that you have been told are 'normal'?

Would you like to be more comfortable?...

Join me in a Spinning Babies Parent Class and learn about exercises which will release and relax tight muscles and ligaments, allowing you to enjoy a more comfortable pregnancy.

Spinning Babies is an approach to pregnancy and birth which aims to utilise the space within the pelvis to allow for an easier pregnancy and birth. This means that, with specific daily and weekly exercises, you will prepare your body for what it is designed to do. Sometimes, whether it is due to our daily activities or maybe a specific life event, our bodies become imbalanced. This leads to certain muscles, like the pelvic floor or the uterus, becoming tight or twisted, which is not ideal for birth.

In a Spinning Babies Parent Class you will learn (and do) activities and gentle exercises which, through continued practice at home, will aim to give you an easier pregnancy and birth. I will give you a practical and detailed preparation to help baby in the best position to fit the pelvis.

We will also go over solutions when labour seems long, painful, or has a stall! And, if practiced daily, an easier labour and birth are likely.

My aim with a Spinning Babies Parent class is to prepare you physically. It is an approach which optimizes the physical relationship between the body of the mother and baby in order to ease childbirth. Spinning Babies takes clues from the baby’s position and station for natural, physiological solutions.

Think of it as a very specialised pregnancy fitness class. * This class is in no way related to a typical fitness Spinning Class*
